FAQ

Quick answers to common questions.

How do I get access to notifySphere?

Sign up as an organization. An account admin approves your account, and after that you can log in and create apps. See Getting Started.

What is an app in notifySphere?

One product. Users, tags, campaigns, and history are scoped to a single app. See Apps.

Do I need separate Firebase projects for Android, iOS, and web?

No. One Firebase project and one Service Account JSON cover all three. See Push Setup.

Where do I find my App ID and API key?

App ID is in your app in the dashboard. API keys are under Settings → API Keys. See API Keys.

Is the Flutter SDK available?

Yes. Install flutter_notify_sphere from pub.dev. It covers push notifications with delivery and click tracking on Android and iOS. Attribution events are in the React Native SDK only for now. See Flutter SDK.

Can I test push on the iOS Simulator?

No. Use a physical iOS device.

How do I target only some users?

Send tags from the SDK or API and build a segment, then pick it when sending.

Does WhatsApp need approved templates?

Yes, for the first message in a conversation and for notifications outside the 24-hour window. See WhatsApp.

Why did my send fail or get limited?

Check your plan limits in My Plan, then see Troubleshooting.
