Apps
The top-level container for everything you send — settings, users, campaigns, and message history.
What an app is#
An app in notifySphere represents one product — your customer app, your partner app, a website, whatever you're sending notifications for. Every setting, subscriber list, segment, campaign, and message you create lives inside exactly one app. If you have multiple products (say a customer-facing app and an internal admin app), create a separate notifySphere app for each so their users, tags, and history never mix.
Creating an app#
Open All Apps
Go to All Apps in the dashboard.
Click New App
Name it after the product it represents — this name shows up across dashboards, reports, and team-member scoping, so make it recognizable.
Start configuring
You land in the new app's workspace, scoped entirely to that app.
What lives inside an app#
- Channels — Push and WhatsApp credentials and settings, configured per app
- Audience — users, segments, and subscriptions specific to this app
- Campaigns & sends — every message you compose or schedule, and its delivery report
- Support — tickets, customers, and team members scoped to this app
- API keys — per-app credentials for sending from your backend
Switching between apps#
Use the app switcher at the top of the dashboard to move between apps you have access to. Nothing carries over between apps by design — a user in App A is unrelated to a user with the same attributes in App B.
