Every plan starts with a free allowance. On Growth you pay a flat monthly platform fee plus usage beyond the free allowance: mobile push is billed per monthly active user, web push per subscriber, and attribution per install and event. An invoice is generated once a month.

A monthly active user is a unique device that opened your app at least once in the billing month. You can send as many push notifications as you like to that user — you are charged for the user, not for each message.

A web push subscriber is a browser that has granted your site permission to receive push notifications and is still subscribed during the billing month.

WhatsApp Business API messages are billed at Meta's per-message rate, passed through at cost, plus a notifySphere processing fee per delivered message: ₹0.04 marketing, ₹0.02 utility, ₹0.01 authentication, ₹0.02 service. Meta's rate depends on the message category and the recipient's country. Prices exclude GST. High-volume senders can contact us for custom rates.
